Thanks for stopping by! As an LPC, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years. I treat clients experiencing a range of diagnoses--including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship problems, as well as victims of trauma, PTSD, & CPTSD--blending IFS, attachment theory, somatic regulation, and EMDR to meet clients where they are at. I also work with victims of narcissistic family patterns and religious trauma, as well as members of LGBTQIA. A therapeutic relationship is one in which someone sees you, listens to you, laughs with you, grieves with you, fights back with you, and supports your growth and resilience. I will help you to identify important, protective patterns in how you approach yourself and the world around you, and ask you the questions that will help you understand them, even when they are a source of pain or frustration. Above all, I am an advocate for my clients' strengths and abilities in their quest to heal their past and find solid ground for their present and future lives. I see all clients via Telehealth, including those seeking EMDR, and sessions are billed private pay. Superbills are available to submit for insurance reimbursement or for HSA purposes.
