Introduction

Hello! I am a transgender woman and help clients who have experienced various kinds of trauma, especially the impact of being different in a culture obsessed with conformity (like being queer or neurodivergent). I also work with specific forms of trauma such as childhood sexual abuse and intimate partner violence. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and view many of your struggles as your nervous system's natural response to your environment, so therapy involves helping you regulate your nervous system and waking your inner tiger.
