When I was 18, I experienced the loss of my father, which was a difficult and life-changing time for me. That experience helped me recognize the importance of mental health support and inspired me to pursue a career in psychology. I believe therapy is not a weakness it is a strength and a step toward understanding yourself, building resilience, and creating positive change. I am a Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree from Manhattan University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Staten Island. I have experience working with clients of all ages and supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Through a collaborative approach, I help clients develop coping skills, increase self-awareness, build confidence, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
