Introduction

Anna is a PLPC and earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Samford University. Anna works with adults and adolescents who are navigating transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, shame, and spiritual integration. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they process life’s challenges and uses an integrative approach to meet individuals specific needs. “I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships. My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood as we work through the difficulties of life together. Whether you are wrestling with loss, identity, or the weight of transition, I strive to help you find confidence, hope and a way forward in the midst of uncertainty.”
