Introduction

Beginning therapy can take courage, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. I’m a compassionate, licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) who strives to create a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and explore what brought you to therapy without judgment. My hope is that you feel comfortable being open and honest as we work together toward meaningful change. I have advanced training in trauma recovery, EMDR, expressive arts therapy, and somatic, body-based approaches. I’m especially passionate about helping adults gently explore difficult emotions, reconnect with themselves, and find meaningful ways to heal. My approach is collaborative and intuitive, and I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.
