I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including outpatient, residential treatment, and community-based care. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered, direct, and grounded in helping you understand how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond. I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Neuropsychotherapy to support lasting change—not just symptom relief. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. Together, we look beneath the surface to identify patterns, process unresolved experiences, and build healthier ways of coping and relating. I also have experience working with complex trauma, foster youth, and individuals facing significant life stressors. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported—while also challenging you to grow in meaningful ways. Whether you’re returning to therapy or starting for the first time, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, insight, and a stronger sense of self.
