About Me I am a mindfulness centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, calm, and balance in their lives. With years of experience in mindfulness-based therapies, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your inner world, manage stress, and build resilience. I specialize in guiding clients through techniques such as mindful living practices, breathwork, somatic experiencing, DBT and mindfulness meditation to address challenges such as addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, grief and loss, relationship struggles, codependency and life transitions. Services Offered • Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions focused on your personal growth and life challenges (addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions etc.) • Mindfulness coaching: one-on-one sessions exploring mindfulness meditation, communication with an integration of those practices into your daily life (Mindfulness meditation coaching is a collaborative process that helps you develop the skills to live more intentionally and fully.) • Clinical supervision: one-on-one sessions to discuss clinical cases, receive feedback on interventions and strategies, and address ethical considerations. • Consultation: providing guidance, advice, analysis, and solutions to organizations and individuals to address clinical challenges. Credentials & Training I am a mental health professional with vast clinical experience. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, and I am licensed as Marriage and Family Therapists since 2015. Somatic Experiencing informed: I am in the process of obtaining Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Certification (SEP) I am Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Inspired by Insight/ Theravada tradition and the Spirit Rock Center, I am dedicated dharma practitioner since 2010 and for the past six years I have been teaching mindfulness and meditation. I am drawn to exploring the intersection between our fast-paced world and embracing the transformational journey of mindfulness practices. My background includes working at Walden house, Methadone Clinic (HAART, Oakland), CalState East Bay (Student Health Center), UC Berkely (Golden Bear Sleep and Mood Research Clinic), Healthy Partnerships, Inc, Health Right360, MHN (Health Net, Inc), Abode Services, Telecare Corporation and Kaiser Permanente.
