My Approach My work integrates evidence-based mindfulness practices with a client-centered approach. Everyone has the potential to achieve greater peace and fulfillment, and my goal is to empower you with tools and strategies tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, or navigate difficult emotions, we’ll work together to create a personalized path to well-being.
