You are more than a diagnosis, and you are more than your symptoms. Your past is a part of your story, but it does not write the final chapter. You do. Hi, I'm Anna! I believe everyone deserves a safe, judgment-free space to be heard, understood, and supported, no matter where they are in their journey. I enjoy working with individuals, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Drawing from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and Choice Theory, I tailor therapy to what works best for you. I meet you where you are and work with you at your pace, because there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything we do together. Through honesty, trust, and compassion, we will dig into what is keeping you stuck, build on what makes you strong, and move forward on your own terms. Outside of the office, I am a proud Los Angeles native and lifelong Dodgers, Lakers, and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I love R&B, gospel, jazz, hip-hop, classical, pop, and alternative rock, and you can often find me catching up on Sister Sister, Family Matters, and The Jamie Foxx Show, enjoying a good Denzel Washington film, exploring museums and amusement parks, or spending time with family and friends. Nobody deserves to walk a path alone without support, and neither do you. When you are ready, reach out and we will navigate this together.
