Nobody has their life totally together, we just happen to notice our own chaos more than everyone else’s. We all love deeply, learn slowly, trip on old habits, and sometimes forget that being a messy human is exactly what we’re supposed to be doing. I want to help you embrace those messy pieces of yourself. In our work together, we’ll slow down, get curious, and create new ways to understand and engage with the story of your life. I’m here to support you in navigating relationship issues, shame, life transitions, Gen-Z challenges, kink, trauma, asexuality, other LGBTQIA+ identities, and most anything else life throws at you. My approach is person-centered and grounded in the bigger systems that shape our lives. I draw from experiential, structural, and narrative therapies, always with a social justice lens. More than anything, I want you to feel accepted, seen, and supported in bringing your full, beautifully complex self into our space. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to meet you. I show up as a therapist with humor, care, and honesty, because therapy should feel like real connection, not a performance. We'll move at your pace, follow your curiosity, and make space for all the parts of you, even the ones you’re still getting to know. I’d love to connect and see if we’d be a good fit!
