Nobody has their life totally together — we just all notice our own chaos more than anyone else’s. We love deeply, trip on old habits, and sometimes forget that being a messy human is exactly what we’re here to do. As an person-centered therapist, I specialize in helping you embrace those messy pieces of yourself while navigating things like relationship issues, Gen-Z stress, AuDHD, trauma, non-monogamy, grief, shame, life transitions, kink, asexuality, queer identities, and most anything else. My goal is to help you tap into your strengths, building greater compassion and connection in your mental health and relationships. My approach is connection-focused and grounded in the bigger systems that shape our lives. I draw from experiential, structural, and narrative therapies, always with a social justice lens. More than anything, I want you to feel accepted, seen, and supported in bringing your full, beautifully complex self into our work together. Therapy with me means having a place where you’re met with real empathy and honesty (plus enough sarcasm to keep things human). I’ll be straightforward when needed, but always with care attuned to your needs. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s chat about how therapy can support you as an individual, couple, or a family.
