Introduction

None of us have it all together, we just tend to notice our own chaos more than everyone else’s. Being human is messy but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. I help individuals, couples, and families embrace these imperfect parts of life while navigating things like relationship changes, Gen-Z stress, AuDHD, trauma, grief, shame, and body/identity shifts tied to medical weight loss. I especially love supporting couples who want to be proactive—premarital, preventative, or simply hoping simply hoping to strengthen communication, trust, and closeness before small stressors start to build. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and human. I’ll help you make sense of patterns in relationships, process life changes, and build confidence in who you are. My approach is grounded in your experiences and the larger systems shaping your life, drawing from experiential, structural, and narrative therapies with a social justice lens. My goal is to help create a space where you’re met with empathy, authenticity, and humor. I’ll be straightforward when needed, but always with care that’s attuned to your needs. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s chat about how therapy can support you as an individual, couple, or a family. Email me to set up a free consultation today.
