Introduction

I am drawn to art therapy as a way to integrate creativity with mental health work. My training has strengthened my use of mindfulness-based, somatic, and expressive arts approaches to support clients in meaningful, holistic ways. I view creativity as a powerful tool for emotional regulation, self-exploration, and mind–body integration. My approach combines art therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and humanistic and transpersonal psychology to help clients clarify concerns, gain perspective, and reconnect with their strengths.
