Introduction

I came to the mental health field to understand myself, venture towards self-actualization, and to help others do the same. I have a lot of experience working with children and adults. I was trained in Brainspotting (https://brainspotting.com/) 7 years ago and have gone through my own amazing transformation with this technique. It allows your brain and your body to process through "the score" of experiences that have significantly impacted your life. We are truly transformative beings. It has been an incredible journey to witness the immediate changes clients have gone through during their therapeutic process. I look forward to the journey with you!
