Hello! About Me I’ve seen people suffer in relationships because of fear, shame, and a lack of understanding—of themselves and of one another. I became a therapist to hold space for the full range of human experience and to help people feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe in the healing power of awareness, reflection, and understanding the relational patterns that shape our lives. Whatever challenges we’re facing, I believe we all deserve a place where we can heal, grow, and remember that we belong. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve worked with couples and groups, as well as individual adults and adolescents. What I Help With Whether you’re on the brink of a relational shift like marriage, building a family, processing grief, or simply feeling stuck, sad, or disconnected, therapy can help. Maybe you’re even reevaluating your sense of self in the age of AI. Whatever you’re navigating, I’m here to help you find your way forward, starting wherever you are now. My Approach I offer a warm, respectful, and attuned collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. My work is anchored in mindfulness, depth psychology, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’ll always work with you to find language that cultivates meaning around your experience and help you navigate the path to healing—whatever that looks like for you. By honoring your emotions, gaining awareness of your psychological landscape, and strengthening your ability to navigate life in a way that supports your overall well-being, I believe anyone can achieve the healing they seek. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be honored to guide your journey.
