Introduction

Dog-Assisted Walk & Talks + Telehealth for ADHD, Anxiety & Life Changes! Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like your ADHD brain is running a marathon without your permission? You’re not alone. I help young adults and women across Minnesota find clarity, confidence, and calm while navigating life changes, relationships, and burnout. Therapy with me is warm, real, and sometimes outdoors! Walk & Talk sessions in Savage and Prior Lake (doggo Sparky included, if you’d like). I’m not your “smile and nod” kind of therapist. I’m real, I swear sometimes, and I’ll probably laugh at your dark humor before gently calling you out. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to therapy, because the work is serious, but we don’t always have to be. You can show up as your full, messy self without fear of judgment. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, ADHD chaos, or figuring out who you are, I’ll help you make sense of it while reminding you to be kind to yourself along the way. I’m also a bit nerdy (Zelda fan, book lover, spooky season enthusiast), so I get the importance of creativity and fun. Growth happens when we can be both real and human, and I’ll meet you there every time. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t need to have your life figured out to begin. I create a space where it’s okay to laugh, cry, swear, and not know what’s next. My approach is grounded in authenticity and acceptance; you’ll get empathy, accountability, and maybe a bad joke or two along the way. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, build skills for managing the tough stuff, and rediscover your sense of confidence and joy. Growth can be messy, uncomfortable, and even funny sometimes, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to show up, I’m here to walk beside you (literally, if you want to hit the trail with Sparky).
