I’m real, I swear sometimes, and I’ll probably laugh at your dark humor before gently calling you out. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to therapy, because the work is serious, but we don’t always have to be. You can show up as your full, messy self without fear of judgment. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, ADHD chaos, or figuring out who you are, I’ll help you make sense of it while reminding you to be kind to yourself along the way. I’m also a bit nerdy (Zelda fan, book lover, spooky season enthusiast), so I get the importance of creativity and fun. Growth happens when we can be both real and human, and I’ll meet you there every time. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t need to have your life figured out to begin.
