At my core, I am a lifelong learner. I continuously seek out new tools and approaches so I can best support each individual client. My work often involves exploring core beliefs formed in childhood and gently reshaping those beliefs so they better support you in your present life. I also believe deeply that growth is not linear. I live by the mantra: progress, not perfection. Healing involves honoring where you’ve been while moving toward where you want to go. Self-compassion and gratitude are powerful tools in the process. In addition, I emphasize the importance of foundational wellness habits such as sleep, movement, and relaxation as essential tools for emotional health. These daily practices can support resilience, regulate the nervous system, and create a strong base for meaningful and lasting change.
