I bring over 14 years of experience in mental health and addiction counseling, with specialized training in trauma and somatic experiencing. My work centers on creating a safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult emotions and experiences. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, panic, addiction, family conflict, and major life transitions. Whether you're healing from abuse, working through loss, or finding your way forward, I draw on somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and attachment-based relational approaches to meet you where you are. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Aetna insurance. I am happy to provide a free 15-minute consultation call as requested.
