Introduction

Counseling creates an opportunity to explore and work through life’s challenges such as stress, loss, transitions, or the desire for deeper self-understanding. I welcome people from all backgrounds and stages of life, and I have experience supporting those working through anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, autism (ASD), work or school stressors, relationship concerns, and more. Whether you are seeking guidance for a specific concern or simply want a space to reflect and grow, I will meet you where you are and tailor counseling to fit your experiences, strengths, and hopes for the future. Growth isn’t always a comfortable experience! It can stir up doubt, stress, or fear. But it also takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you and walk with you as you work towards your goals, desires, and step more fully into embracing who you are!
