I am a psychologist specializing in attachment and neuroscience-informed therapy, with a focus on disordered eating, addiction-related patterns, and complex relational dynamics, including marriage. My work centers on identifying the underlying patterns that drive behavior—shaped by early attachment, implicit memory, and the nervous system’s regulation of safety and connection. Rather than addressing symptoms alone, I work at the level of root patterning, with particular attention to the role of shame and protective strategies. This approach allows for deep, sustainable transformation in both individual and relational functioning. For clients who desire it, I also offer integration of a Christian framework to support alignment with identity, purpose, and wholeness.
