Introduction

Looking for a safe place where you can share your unique situation, sort things out and develop a roadmap towards a happier and healthier life? I specialize in the areas of trauma and resilience building. Additionally, my professional experience includes extensive experience working closely with clients within the LGBTQ community as well as those experiencing complicated grief, long battles with health and mental health issues, and difficulties adjusting to life’s transition – adulting, retirement, caregiving, career changes, just to name a few. I believe that we all have the ability to be resilient in the face of difficult times, but that with the right tools and nurturing these skills can be strengthened into our “superpowers”. I would welcome the opportunity to work alongside you as we create a holistic care plan that is approachable, doable, and perfectly suited to your individual needs.
