Introduction

Integrative Psychiatric Care for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma If you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic stress, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with come to care feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or frustrated after trying to manage symptoms on their own or after treatments that didn’t fully help. My goal is to provide a thoughtful evaluation and a collaborative treatment plan so you can start feeling more focused, stable, and supported. I am a doctorally prepared, ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults (ages 10–60). Areas I Treat: I commonly work with individuals experiencing: • ADHD and executive functioning challenges • Anxiety disorders and chronic stress • Depression and persistent low mood • Trauma and PTSD • Mood disorders • Burnout and life transitions I also have a strong interest in supporting veterans and military families, and I strive to approach care with cultural awareness and respect for each patient’s experiences. My Treatment Approach: My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric medication management with supportive therapy and lifestyle medicine. Mental health symptoms are rarely caused by a single factor. Because of this, I use a layered model of care that looks beyond medication alone. Treatment may include: • Careful psychiatric evaluation and medication management • Supportive therapy during visits • Strategies to improve sleep quality, nutrition, and movement • Tools to support focus, emotional regulation, and daily structure These foundations often play a powerful role in improving mood, concentration, and resilience. What Working Together Looks Like: Our work together is collaborative and individualized. During visits we take time to understand your history, current stressors, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. Together we create a treatment plan that supports: • symptom relief • improved functioning • long-term mental wellness If you’re looking for a provider who combines clinical expertise with a compassionate and integrative approach, I would be honored to support you in your mental health journey.
