As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Wellness Practitioner, I am dedicated to supporting women—especially those in caregiving roles—through life’s many transitions. Whether you’re a mother, a daughter caring for aging parents, a partner devoted to a loved one with a difficult diagnosis, a professional, or often all of the above, I see how the weight of tending to everyone else can leave you feeling depleted, stuck, or unsure of who you are beyond the roles you fill. Like many women navigating life at 40, I once felt caught in the in-between—motherhood, career shifts, and the toll of the tasks to hold it all together. Committing to change, I began integrating mindset shifts, mindfulness, and movement into my daily life. Small, intentional practices helped me reconnect with myself—and reclaim clarity, confidence, and courage. I began to feel like myself again. Now, I bring those same tools into my private practice to help women rediscover and redefine who they are beneath the responsibilities. My work is rooted in a client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach. I meet you where you are—creating space for your story, your overwhelm, and your hope. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back and help you move through your experience, creating more ease in the effort so you feel lighter. Whether you are: - Prioritizing everyone else’s needs and struggling to care for your own - Balancing the demands of parenting, elder care, or both - Navigating burnout, anxiety, end-of-life, grief, or transitions - Struggling with self-doubt or uncertainty I am here to walk alongside you. In our sessions, you will begin to: - Develop awareness of your current situation and meet it with compassion - Understand the mind-body connection and its influence on your well-being - Process your stressors, identify resources and create sustainable coping strategies that resonate with you and your needs - Reconnect with your inner self and define how you want to feel as you navigate this season - Clarify your personal vision of wellness and take meaningful action - Cultivate confidence, release the pressure to do it all and reshape your inner narrative - Set boundaries that honor your values and energy - Integrate movement and mindfulness practices to reduce stress and elevate your energy To support your healing holistically, I also offer Reiki Energy Healing and Mat Pilates (both private pay), which gently restore and strengthen your energy and body-mind connection. This isn’t about quick fixes or doing more —it’s about sustainable transformation, tailored to your life so you can return to yourself. Care takes courage and it starts with you. You don’t have to carry it all alone. Let’s begin. Together. ~ About the Provider: Anne-Marie is a graduate of Brown University and the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work.
