Introduction

I’m a licensed mental health clinician in Massachusetts and Vermont and the founder of PaxThera, a virtual counseling practice. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe meaningful change happens through a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship. My approach is thoughtful and client-centered, focused on helping people better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.
