Introduction

I believe in the resilience of all human beings. Given a chance to be seen, known, and guided, anyone can be emotionally and mentally healthy. Insights and answers are already waiting to be found within you, so my role is to accompany you in uncovering your truths and inner wisdom. Through our work you’ll gain a fuller understanding of yourself, discover fresh perspectives on your past and current circumstances, and participate in meaningful growth and healing in your everyday life. I utilize an integrative approach to therapeutic interventions and customize evidence-based practices to each individual. I have 15 years of professional psychotherapy experience in multiple contexts. I begin each therapeutic relationship with an individually-tailored plan that combines traditional psychotherapy with body-centered, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and multicultural techniques. I am equipped to provide Telehealth to anyone in the state of Illinois. My goal is to help you become embodied and whole, to get in touch with your inner strength, and to be freed from psychological pain and distress. I am fully trained in EMDR for those that would benefit from this technique. I’d be so glad to use therapy to join you on your journey of mental health and wellness.
