I believe healing happens in relationship—through safety, repair, attunement, and the slow work of being seen. Clients with whom I work often feel stuck in their identities, their families, or their histories. I’m especially drawn to navigating attachment pain, neurodivergence, faith wounds, and relationship/family stress. My clinical style is systemic and relational, with an emphasis on attachment, systems, and trauma-informed, embodied care. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experience, and helping them move toward connection, clarity, and choice. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, loneliness, or identity confusion, I hope to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you.
