I support adults with trauma and neurodivergent nervous systems who feel stuck in painful relational patterns — over-giving, over-explaining, fearing rejection, becoming emotionally dependent, or losing themselves in the effort to stay connected. Many of the people I work with are healing from attachment wounds, betrayal, or emotionally unsafe dynamics and want to learn how to set boundaries without shutting down. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about your triggers, your protective parts, and the emotional reactions that seem to take over in the moment. Many of my clients also experience anxiety spirals, shutdown, or a harsh inner critic and feel discouraged that typical coping strategies haven’t worked. We focus on practical regulation tools and deeper self-understanding that fit your brain and nervous system, so you can move through the world with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to perform or explain everything perfectly. If you’re ready for support that’s steady, compassionate, and tailored to how your mind and nervous system actually work, I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
