Introduction

Hi, my name is Anne! I’m so glad you’re here. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo. I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults, and I’m passionate about walking alongside clients through life’s challenges. My foundation is a person centered approach, and I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support each individual’s needs. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and body based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, physical and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and more. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel free to be your full self, where healing and growth are not only possible but encouraged.
