Life has a way of bringing us to crossroads — moments when we sense there's more available to us than the life we're currently living. Sometimes that change is forced on us and sometimes we choose it, whether it's a career shift, walking away from what no longer fits, overcoming what feels like it's holding you back, or simply navigating the quiet but persistent feeling that something needs to shift. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with adults ready to create meaningful, sustainable change. If you want a therapist who is direct and actively engaged in that process, we could be a good fit. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and strength-focused, addressing the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I bring a deep toolbox of approaches and creative modalities, tailoring our work to meet your unique needs rather than fitting you into a single framework, while bringing both clinical expertise and intuition to our sessions, trusting that deeper insights emerge when we create space for honest, authentic dialogue. My path to this work has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to creativity, learning, and personal growth. I began my career in technology and graphic arts, working across trades, corporate settings, and independently as a craftsperson, consultant, and trainer. Over time, at one of my own crossroads, I found myself drawn to the deeper questions about human connection, meaning, and healing — ultimately leading me to earn my Master's degree in Counseling and Art Therapy. This diverse background informs my practice today, allowing me to bring both my life experience, training, and creative insight to the therapeutic relationship, while honoring the intuitive wisdom that guides transformative work. At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you already possess the inner wisdom and strengths to move through whatever you're facing. My role is to help you explore and build on your resources as you work toward greater authenticity, emotional well-being, and wholeness. If this resonates, let's get started with a free consultation.
