You may be carrying stories shaped by relationships, culture, and past experiences that no longer reflect who you are becoming. My approach centers the body as a site of wisdom and survival, honoring how your lived history shows up in the present. I also work intentionally to resist the idea that emotional pain is solely an individual burden, recognizing the systemic and relational contexts from which it emerges. I strive to create a space where your voice is supported, your experiences are validated, and new possibilities for clarity, connection, and authentic living can unfold. My clinical work focuses on LGBTQ+ affirming care, trauma, separation and divorce, co-parenting, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, and other stress-based or relational challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking healing, clarity, and deeper relational attunement. Drawing on narrative and emotion-focused therapies, I support clients in deepening emotional awareness, strengthening relational connection, and cultivating resilience and self-compassion. If you’re looking for a space to move toward clarity, connection, and healing, I would be honored to work with you.
