I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with five years of experience working with adolescents and adults in both high school and jail settings. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and have focused my career on supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients build healthy coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, safe, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I became a therapist because I value creating a space where people feel understood, encouraged, and supported through life’s challenges. Working in both school and correctional settings has shown me the importance of compassion, resilience, and providing people with the tools to grow and move forward. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, listening to music, staying active, and practicing self-care. I strive to bring authenticity, compassion, and humor into the therapy space so clients feel comfortable being themselves.
