Introduction

I provide telehealth individual therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms. I have been in the mental health field for 34 years and have been doing therapy for 22 of those years. I have experience working with children and adolescents for over 25 years. I have worked with oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, reactive attachment disorder, and childhood trauma. I have also worked with women who are survivors of child sexual abuse. I am trained in EMDR as well as certified in Complex Trauma and Dissociate Identity Disorder. I have a wealth of experience and can work with ages 5-85. My goal in working with clients is to help empower them to create the life that they want despite what may have happened or is currently happening in their lives. I want to teach coping skills and provide tools that people need to make the best choices for themselves and be able to problem solve when life challenges come about. I hope to help clients see the connection between mind and body and how they work together on the whole person.
