Introduction

For 20 years as a therapist and prescriber, I have had the privilege of helping people with the important project of creating meaning from their histories and stepping into beauty and purpose in their lives. The journey of self-discovery can be intense, and sometimes we need help creating a "stable floor" underneath us for that work. Medications can help establish that stable floor. At Mountain Valley Counseling, I love helping clients struggling with mood and anxiety concerns, healing from trauma, and working toward greater freedom and authenticity. I provide assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
