Introduction

It can be hard to take that first step when struggling with sadness, anxiousness, or addiction. I am available to take the journey of healing with women and men dealing with these and other life challenges to feel well again. I believe it is within every individual to reach a place of peace and happiness. With the help of several evidence-based treatment modalities, change and growth are possible. One of these evidence-based therapies is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. I have also been extensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which has been found to improve suicidal behavior, depression, anger, and anxiety.
