Many of the struggles we experience in adulthood are shaped by patterns that began long before we recognized them. Together, we can explore how early relationships, life experiences, and emotional patterns continue to influence the present, creating space for greater self-understanding and meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences. My work is grounded in relational psychodynamic and person-centered therapy while integrating cognitive behavioral strategies when appropriate. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, recognize longstanding patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more authentic connection with themselves.
