Introduction

I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and body image concerns. My approach is warm and down-to-earth, combining practical coping tools with play and art-based activities to help you express yourself and navigate challenges. I also support parents in understanding their children’s needs and building stronger family relationships. I practice under the supervision of Rebekah Poynor, LPC-S, ATR and Cherie Miller, LPC-S, CEDS-C, IEDS.
