Introduction

Are you tired of food fears, dietary restriction, binge eating, and endless dieting that gets you nowhere? Are you tired of feeling trapped? Then stop dieting and start finding food freedom. Hi, my name is Andrea, but you can call me Annie! I am a Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and a former personal trainer. I help humans with eating disorders to build healthier relationships with food, movement, and their bodies. Using an anti-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES®), and intuitive eating approach, I help people to ditch the diet, overcome food fears, end restriction, conquer binge eating, and learn to love their bodies. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment, while utilizing a trauma-informed approach to care. My theoretical orientation is informed by emotionally focused and somatic experiencing frameworks. I also regularly integrate Internal Family Systems into my practice. Whether you are a teen or an adult, if you are looking to make peace with food and body, then you are in the right place. Schedule a free-consultation call today! Note: I will begin accepting new clients in August of 2026. At that time, I will be under the supervision of Julie Westlin-Naigus (Oregon License Number: C4000; Washington License Number: MHC.LH.70047128).
