Introduction

I'm a licensed psychotherapist in private practice working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and the feeling of being stuck — even when life looks fine from the outside. My approach is psychodynamic and depth-oriented. Rather than focusing on symptom management or quick fixes, I work relationally, helping clients slow down and explore what's underneath — the patterns, the internal conflicts, the parts of themselves that haven't had space to be understood. This is insight-oriented work, and it tends to create real, lasting change. I see clients in person in Howell/Lakewood, NJ and via telehealth across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Oregon, and Connecticut. I work privately (out of network), and superbills are available for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance. If you're curious whether we'd be a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. You can schedule directly at chanarosenblatt.com.
