Introduction

Aloha & welcome! After many years serving youth in mostly the public school systems, I transitioned to private practice during the COVID pandemic. At that time of so much uncertainty, I wanted to extend support to a wider community across the Hawaiian Islands, especially those belonging to marginalized & under-resourced groups. I'm a strong believer in social justice/equity and empowering women (and those who have been marginalized) across the lifespan and throughout life's unexpected summits as well as pits. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities & strategies including but not limited to CBT, mindfulness/grounding, somatic awareness/practices, trauma-informed care, & DBT depending upon each person's unique needs as well as challenges. I look forward to working with you collaboratively to support you in your journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and wellness so that you may live your fullest life!
