Introduction

Hi there! I’m Annie, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate based in the DFW area. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community and will always support and show up for my clients. My therapeutic approach is grounded in connection, collaboration, and creativity. I understand the importance of creating a safe and judgement-free space where you can just be yourself. I believe in the power of authenticity and I encourage you to take up as much space in our therapy room as you need. Each person’s journey is unique, so together, we’ll navigate the complexities of your experiences with compassion and understanding. I use a trauma-informed approach and recognize the impact relationships and life events can have on an individual’s well-being, sense of safety, and sense of self. As a collaborative and humanistic therapist, I will always work to understand your unique experiences to best ensure you are getting what you need from our time together!
