Introduction

At Ford & Co. Wellness Services, I provide compassionate, developmentally informed therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. I support clients through grief, anger, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday emotional challenges that shape how we move through the world. I also have specialized experience working with the Down syndrome community and supporting neurodiverse children and teens, honoring their strengths, communication styles, and unique ways of learning and connecting. My approach is rooted in secure attachment and person‑centered care, supported by cognitive models and the insights of neuroscience. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships, where clients can explore their inner world without judgment. In our work together, connection becomes the catalyst for emotional rewiring, and presence becomes the pathway to meaningful, sustainable change. I help clients build insight, strengthen regulation skills, and develop healthier patterns that support long‑term well‑being. Taking the first step toward support requires both bravery and vulnerability, and I deeply honor that courage. My commitment is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect, offering guidance and tools tailored to your unique needs and lived experience. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I offer a space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported. If you feel ready to begin your journey of healing and growth, I warmly invite you to connect with me.
