I integrate evidence-based, cognitive, and neuroscience-informed approaches to help you understand your patterns with clarity and compassion. Together, we develop practical tools for emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and intentional action. My work explores the mind-body-brain connection and how we can shift responses in ways that support lasting well-being. Drawing on a master’s degree in psychology, an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and decades of experience in school and college settings, I bring a developmental, culturally responsive, and globally informed perspective. Having lived and worked across continents, including 20 years in Brazil, I value how identity, family, culture, and lived experience shape healing. As a Certified Addictions Counselor, LADC Assistant, and LMHC candidate completing supervised clinical training, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and empowered. Therapy is a partnership, and my goal is to help you build clarity, resilience, and lasting self-trust.
