Introduction

Therapy starts with real human connection. By creating a nonjudgmental and supportive environment, I help clients feel safe enough to be themselves, explore challenges, and grow in ways that feel authentic and lasting. In our initial sessions, my goal is to begin building a trusting relationship in a safe, warm, and open environment. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as we begin your journey. I do not believe in the one size fits all therapy methods. We will work together to find what fits best for you, the individual.
