These roles may include: mentor, coach, guide, supporter, mediator, and/or expert depending on what you bring to each session. My specialty is couples and family therapy. This includes help with infidelity, building intimacy, effective communication, betrayal trauma, healthy sex, co-parenting / parenting, and more. My other areas of focus include compulsive or unwanted sexual behaviors, young/emerging adult mental health, trauma therapy or trauma processing, anxiety, and depression. I bring a thoughtful, calm, and easy presence to therapy. While I am an expert in change, and while I am constantly learning and growing to better serve you, you are the foremost expert in your life.
