As a devoted LPCA and servant of the Most High, I work with men, young adults, students, couples, and individuals navigating stress, trauma, anger, anxiety, grief, identity concerns, relationship struggles, and the weight of feeling misunderstood. I am especially passionate about helping reduce mental health stigma in the Black community while supporting clients from all backgrounds. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing and growth. I specialize in helping clients process trauma, build emotional intelligence, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping skills. My approach is compassionate, direct, and growth-focused. Together, we will work to increase self-awareness, challenge unhealthy patterns, and build a resilient mindset. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be difficult, especially when you are used to carrying things alone. You may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure where to start. My role is to provide a safe, honest, and supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow at your pace. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk with you.
