He is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Intensive Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University. His clinical experience includes working with clients from diverse social, cultural, and relational backgrounds, giving him a deep appreciation for the unique experiences each person brings to therapy. Anthony takes a collaborative, client-centered, and systems-oriented approach to treatment. He integrates evidence-based modalities including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Decolonial Theory to help clients build on their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. Anthony also has a strong interest in couples therapy and incorporates approaches such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen relationships and foster deeper connection.
