Introduction

Anthony Soliman, MA, LAPC, is the founder of Warrior Resilience Counseling and a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. His approach to counseling is shaped not only by clinical training, but by more than two decades of firsthand experience in law enforcement, military service, crisis response, and peer support. Anthony has served for over 20 years as a Philadelphia police officer, including specialized service with federal law enforcement. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy and Pennsylvania National Guard. These experiences give him a unique understanding of the culture of service—the responsibility, repeated exposure to difficult situations, long hours, hypervigilance, and expectation that you simply keep going regardless of what you may be carrying. Anthony works primarily with first responders, law enforcement professionals, veterans, and others experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, burnout, occupational stress, and major life transitions. His counseling style is practical, collaborative, and trauma-informed. He integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed interventions, mindfulness and grounding strategies, psychoeducation, and other interventions based on each client's individual needs and goals
