I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel seen, understood, and more connected in their relationships and everyday lives. Through both personal and professional experiences, I recognized how transformative it can be to have a supportive space where you can slow down, process emotions, and work through challenges without judgment. I specialize in working with couples, adults, and families navigating relationship issues, communication struggles, anxiety, emotional stress, intimacy concerns, family dynamics, and major life transitions. Much of my work focuses on helping clients improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, develop healthier coping patterns, and better understand themselves and their relationships. I also incorporate sex therapy-informed work to support clients navigating intimacy, sexual wellness, and connection within relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both relational and trauma-informed care. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate somatic approaches and Brainspotting to support deeper emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and healing beyond the cognitive level alone. I believe meaningful change happens when clients are able to connect both emotionally and physically to their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves while also gaining practical tools they can apply in everyday life. Therapy can create meaningful shifts not only in how we relate to others, but also in how we relate to ourselves. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, growth, and healthier relationships.
