Introduction

“I love this work and feel honored to walk alongside people and couples as they heal, reconnect, and find new ways of moving forward. With couples I help uncover the subtle communication patterns that create distance and the experience of “missing each other,” guiding partners toward clearer understanding, safer connection, and a renewed hope. In individual therapy I offer a warm, and compassionate space where you can bring what feels overwhelming. I believe therapy is a collaboration—but I also step in with clear guidance and structure when you need it. I hold gently but confidently the reality that much of what is shared in session may be new to tell, and I prioritize making our time together feel safe, predictable, and something you can look forward to. My approach is integrative and body-informed: I understand how trauma and emotional dysregulation are experienced in the body, and I use methods that honor that mind/body connection. I have formal training in mindfulness-based therapies, including DBT, guided imagery, kinesiology, and color-shapes work for trauma, and I’m also proficient in CBT and solution-focused techniques. My post-graduate training in integrative processing technique often brings deeper healing when talk therapy alone isn’t enough. Early work in inpatient settings gave me a solid background in substance-abuse recovery, and I bring that experience to creating practical, compassionate paths toward stability. Above all, I aim to hold hope for you while helping you build the skills, insight, and safety you need to thrive. If you’re looking for a supportive, experienced therapist who values connection and practical progress, I’d be honored to work with you.
