Introduction

Are you a Christian woman recovering from an emotionally distressing relationship? Do you feel stuck in shame, confusion, or unhealthy attachment patterns, but long for peace and a secure identity in Christ? I specialize in helping Christian women break free from trauma bonds, challenge shame-based beliefs, and heal from emotional, verbal, spiritual, or narcissistic abuse. Healing is possible!!! I love assisting clients to heal from trauma, resolve anger, and find acceptance for unrealized expectations. Christian women with an active faith who have experienced physical, emotional, verbal and/or narcissistic abuse are my primary focus. My practice is fully virtual. Sessions are conducted through telehealth and I open them with prayer. I integrate relevant biblical truths and provide worksheets and handouts to help clients practice therapy skills between sessions. My specialties include self-esteem, codependency, and divorce recovery. I use Spiritually-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to help clients recognize abuse, set healthy boundaries, heal trauma, resolve anger, and restore compassion for wounded parts of themselves. Visit www.growingingrace.life to view my video podcasts. I am happy to answer questions by email before scheduling. I provide licensed telehealth counseling throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Nevada. Sorry, I do not treat men, children, teens, or couples. Individual sessions only.
