Introduction

I help Christian women heal from the emotional and psychological wounds of trauma, abuse, rejection, and destructive relationships while integrating their faith into the therapeutic process. I specialize in helping women who are struggling with: • Narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships • Childhood and interpersonal trauma • Spiritual abuse and church hurt • Trauma bonds and unhealthy attachment • Rejection, abandonment, and betrayal • Shame, self-condemnation, and low self-worth • Anxiety, depression, anger, and emotional dysregulation • Codependency and difficulty setting boundaries • Divorce and rebuilding identity after destructive relationships My approach combines evidence-based trauma-informed counseling with Christian faith integration, including Spiritually-Informed CBT, DBT, and IFS-informed interventions. I provide confidential telehealth counseling for adult women in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, and South Carolina. If you are looking for a Christian therapist who understands both the psychological effects of trauma and the importance of your relationship with God, I would be honored to walk with you toward healing, freedom, and renewed identity. My practice is fully virtual. Sessions are conducted through telehealth and I open them with prayer. I integrate relevant biblical truths and provide worksheets and handouts to help clients practice therapy skills between sessions. Visit www.growingingrace.life to view my video podcasts. I am happy to answer questions by email before scheduling.
