I am a Licensed Certified Therapist specializing in working with teens and women navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity development, and major life transitions. I also work extensively with survivors of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, helping clients rebuild emotional safety, confidence, and self-trust. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based. I integrate Attachment-Based Therapy, CBT, DBT, somatic approaches, and strengths-based interventions to help clients better understand emotional patterns, improve coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and build healthier relationships. I work with teens experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, peer stress, and family conflict, providing a supportive and respectful environment that encourages growth and accountability. I also support women struggling with burnout, chronic stress, grief, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, caregiving exhaustion, and life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause. Together, we focus on healing survival patterns, developing emotional resilience, and creating greater stability, authenticity, and empowerment. My goal is to provide a safe, grounded space where clients feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools for lasting change.
